Ihre Aufgaben

• Datenverarbeitung Zeiterfassung
• Kreditorenrechnungen kontieren und buchen
• Kassen und Bankvorgänge kontieren und buchen
• Überwachung offene Posten, Mahnwesen
• Vorbereitung Zahlungsverkehr
• Durchführung der Lohnabrechnung und der gesetzlichen Meldepflichten
• Bereitstellung UstVA, Lst., Kst., Gewerbesteuer, ZM
• Vorbereitung Jahresabschlüsse

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung vorzugsweise zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten oder anderweitig erworbene Kenntnisse
• Gute Englischkenntnisse und Auffassungsgabe 
• Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
• Eigenständige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise

What to expect

At wh Münzprüfunger Berlin, all of your creativity as an engineer is required. You are part of a highly qualified team, work in an agile working environment and have the opportunity to independently implement your ideas and concepts through to series production. Through the interaction of hardware, software and mechanics, you, as an innovative developer, will work with us to design products for the future.

Your tasks

•  Development of hardware and/or software in the embedded area from concept to implementation
•  Development of Windows (C, C++, C#) and Linux software (C, C++)
•  Definition of tests, experimental arrangements and their evaluation
•  System and server administration Windows and Ubuntu on Hyper-V and/or Docker
•  ERP software development (Java, PostgreSQL)

 Your profile

• Studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, communications engineering, computer science or comparable qualification

Your tasks

⦁    Management and collaboration in a team of approx. 12 employees
⦁    Manufacture of various products such as coin selectors, antipin systems, hoppers, power supply units, vending machines and their assemblies (final assembly and final testing)
⦁    Carrying out functional and quality tests in production and development
⦁    Service and repair of products
⦁    Organising work and instructing/training new employees
⦁    Fine control of personnel resources and holiday planning
⦁    Fine-tuning the required materials and assemblies
⦁    Processing production orders, monitoring production deadlines
⦁    Monitoring production equipment and tools
⦁    Monitoring production quality, compiling error statistics
⦁    Monitoring production specifications
⦁    Periodic execution of quality tests (e.g. temperature tests)

Your profil

⦁    You have completed qualification as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or other suitable vocational training
⦁    You have experience of managing a team
